  •  When we find an investment that you like, you issue a cheque to APS for $3,000.00.  Money is first used for home inspection and balance applied to principal when the property bought.
  • There are never any worries as you own your investment.
  • Although you own your investment (your name is on the title) it is a passive investment as we take care of everything; you just sit back and relax

You take over your investment; you deal with everything (you are then an active investor) All you do, is that you pay us a finder’s fee.  That’s it.

Landlords

Is it time to call it quits? Are you just tired of the whole thing?  Do you want to retire?

Let’s face it, being a Landlord is no easy task.  After all, you probably done this all of your life.  Maybe you think that perhaps now the time has arrived to execute your exit strategy.  But wait a minute, what exit strategy? Don’t feel bad, you are not alone.  An exit strategy is something most people are not used to.  In fact most of the Landlords don’t have one.  Except for the fact that in most cases they involved their sons/daughters in the business only to find out that they have little or no interest in the R.E. Business whatsoever.

There are many ways to carry out an exit strategy.  You can sell outright, but if not properly prepared, hang on to your hat, taxes you will pay will send you for a loop.  Other means could be to discuss with a Real Estate Friendly CGA, ways to exit out of the business.  This could be a 3 to 5 year plan, but if done now and correctly, it could potentially save you thousands.

Another way is to have someone take over the day-to-day operation, while you the Landlord are still getting monthly revenue.  This is a very plausible option.  You really don’t sell anything just yet and while you are doing this, you can slowly prepare to exit by talking to a CGA.
